Thesignalinterfacebetweentheseventhaxissystemoftherobotandthe"robot"andthe"machinetool"systemalladoptdigitalsignaltransmission,soastoensurethestabilityandreliabilityofeachother.Ithastwokindsofoperationcontrolmodes,manualmodeandautomaticmode;itcanoperateasinglestationinmanualmode;itcanrunautomaticallyaccordingtothesetoperationprograminautomaticmode.

Theseventhaxisoftherobotcancompletethepouringworkinsequenceaccordingtotheorderofexcitation,andafterthesignalresetcanremovealltheunfinishedsignals.Theseventhaxisoftherobotactivatesanyemergencystopbuttonatwill,andthesevenaxescanimmediatelystoptheactionbeingcompleted;onlyaftertheemergencystopisresetcanthedeviceresumenormaloperation.Giventwoconsecutivesignalsinashorterperiodoftime,sevenaxesonlyexecuteonesignalanddonotpourtwiceconsecutively;aftertheprogramupgrade,thereisacompletesystembackup.
